By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including transactional notices and, where explicitly opted-in, marketing messages. All email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. SMS communications are governed by our SMS Terms and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe or STOP instructions provided.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Mercer County, West Virginia, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These SMS Terms govern your enrollment in and use of any text messaging programs offered by Core Wealth Vault. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Description

Core Wealth Vault may send recurring informational and subscription-related text messages — including market commentary, educational updates, new content notifications, and other publishing-related communications — to mobile numbers that have provided express written consent.

2. Consent & TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you provide your prior express written consent, as defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and its implementing regulations at 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200, to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Eastern Vault Holdings, LLC, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or similar technology. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and is not required to subscribe to our free newsletter. Your electronic agreement (the check-box) constitutes a "signature" under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state electronic-signature laws. You may revoke this consent at any time using any reasonable method, including replying STOP to any message we send.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on content releases and market events. Typical subscribers receive between 2 and 8 messages per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Core Wealth Vault does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier may.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To resume, reply START.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & Non-Sharing

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared, sold, leased, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance. The only third parties who may process your mobile number on our behalf are the SMS gateway providers, aggregators, and carriers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have authorized, and they are contractually prohibited from using your number for any purpose other than message delivery. Your SMS consent record, opt-in source, and opt-out status are retained for as long as required by applicable law (typically a minimum of four years) for compliance, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. We will never use your mobile number for any campaign, communication, or purpose to which you have not specifically consented.

9. Changes

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by text or email. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

1. Our Position

Core Wealth Vault does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable law. We do, however, use certain analytics and advertising technologies on our website that may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA.
